Earth's Smart Home (OESH) System is affordable, efficient,
user friendly and energy saving. It gives the home owner the
convenience of entering a single command to arm their security,
control selected lights, turn off / on appliances, and more
. In addition, it can change the setting of heating and air
conditioning system to conserve energy & save money. For
convenience, a light path can be created automatically, when
the home owner arrives home and opens the door, windows, or
passes through a motion sensor. The OESH system also offers
full security features; monitoring the door, windows, motion,
and fire zone. The system can be fully integrated with the
home telephone system and can be accessed by any Touch Tone
telephone, in or away from the home. This gives the user the
ability to arm or disarm the system, control lights or appliances,
change the heating or air conditioning settings, or get a
report of the system's status or events via a voice menu.
The system can also report digitally, to a central monitoring
station, or the voice dial out can dial to selected numbers
in the event of an alarm. PC Access is no problem with optional
user software. |

does One Earth Smart Home system control all these various
electrical devices & what exactly is home automation?
It sounds like a lot of expensive wiring. Well it's not. Through
the use of Powerline Carrier Technology, the system can send
signals down the existing electrical wires of the home to
programmable switches or outlets. Instead of installing a
conventional switch, an addressable one is used. In this manner,
commands are sent down the powerline in simple for the homeowner,
from any telephone to arm the security, dim designated lights
or put the heating or air conditioning into comfortable, energy
saving, temperature set backs. |
